1.Booking and Payment:
Reservations must be secured with 100% advance payment.
Full payment is required before check-in. Accepted payment methods include credit cards, debit cards, upi and cash.

2.Cancellation Policy:
Individual bookings can be canceled free of charge up to 72 hours before check-in.
Cancellations made less than 72 hours before check-in will incur a charge equivalent to 100% booking amount.
Group bookings of three or more rooms must be canceled at least 14 days in advance for a full refund. Cancellations made within 14 days will incur a charge of 50% of the total booking cost.

3.No-show Policy:
In case of a no-show, the entire booking amount will be charged.

4.Refund Policy:
Refunds for eligible cancellations will be processed within 7-14 business days.
Non-refundable rates and promotions are not eligible for refunds.

5.Check-in and Check-out:
Kakkson Villa & Kakkson Inn – Check-in time is 9:00 AM and check-out time is 8:00 AM.
Kakkson Club – Check-in time is 12 .00 Noon and check-out time is 10:00 AM.
Kakkson O’tel – Check-in time is 2:00 PM and check-out time is 11:00 AM.
Kakkson Trishakti – Check-in time is 1:00 PM and check-out time is 11:00 AM.
Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

6.Modification of Booking:
Changes to reservations are subject to availability and may require a rate adjustment.
Modifications must be made at least 72 hours before the scheduled check-in date.

7.General Policies:
Guests must present valid identification at check-in.
The hotel reserves the right to refuse service to any guest who does not comply with hotel policies or who engages in inappropriate behavior.
Guests are responsible for any damage caused to the hotel property during their stay.
