Cancellation and Refund Policy:

1.Cancellation Deadlines:

a)Individual Bookings:

Free cancellation up to 72 hours before the check-in date.
Cancellations made less than 72 hours before check-in will incur a fee equivalent to 100% Booking Amount.

b)Group Bookings (3 or more rooms):

Free cancellation up to 30 days before the check-in date.
Cancellations made 30 to 15 days before check-in will incur a fee of 50% of the total booking amount.
Cancellations made less than 15 days before check-in will incur a fee equivalent to the total booking amount.

2. Non-Refundable Rates:

Bookings made at non-refundable rates are not eligible for any refunds or modifications.

3. No-show Policy:

Failure to arrive at the hotel on the scheduled check-in date without prior cancellation will be treated as a no-show. No-shows will be charged the full booking amount.

4. Refund Processing Time:

Refunds will be processed within 7 to 14 business days. The time taken for the amount to reflect in your account may vary based on your bank’s policies.

5. Early Checkout:

Guests checking out earlier than the scheduled date will be charged for the full duration of the booked stay.

6. Special Conditions:

During peak seasons, festivals, and special events, the cancellation policy may be stricter, and guests will be informed of such conditions at the time of booking.

7. Force Majeure:

In cases of force majeure events (natural disasters, government restrictions, etc.), the hotel may offer flexible cancellation policies, including full refunds or rescheduling options.
