2. Booking & Reservations
   2.1. All bookings made through our website are subject to availability and confirmation.
   2.2. Guests must provide accurate details during the booking process. The hotel is not responsible for any issues arising from incorrect information.
   2.3. The hotel reserves the right to cancel or modify reservations due to unforeseen circumstances, including overbooking, fraud detection, or security concerns.
3. Pricing & Payments
   3.1. All prices displayed on the website are subject to change without prior notice.
   3.2. Payments must be made as per the hotel’s policies. Failure to pay on time may result in the cancellation of the reservation.
   3.3. Additional charges such as taxes, service charges, and incidental fees may apply.
4. Check-in & Check-out Policy
   4.1. Check-in and check-out times vary by hotel:

• Kakkson Club:Check-in time is 12:00 PM, and check-out time is 10:00 AM.
• Kakkson Villa, Kakkson Inn, and Kakkson O’tel:Check-in time is 9:00 AM, and check-out time is 8:00 AM.
  Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
  2. Guests must provide valid identification at check-in.
  4.3. The hotel reserves the right to refuse accommodation to guests who fail to provide valid ID or whose behaviour is deemed inappropriate.
  4.4. The hotel reserves the right to modify check-in and check-out times if necessary, and any changes will be communicated accordingly.

5. Cancellation & Refund Policy
   5.1. Cancellation policies vary based on the type of booking and rate selected. Guests are advised to review cancellation terms at the time of booking.
   5.2. Refunds, if applicable, will be processed according to the hotel’s refund policy and may take a few business days to reflect in the guest’s account.

   6.3. The hotel is not responsible for the loss or theft of personal belongings. Guests are advised to use the in-room safes where available.
